Mid-infrared (MIR) spectra of fresh fruit purees:
strawberry (authentic) vs non-strawberry (adulterated/other fruits)

983 samples, 235 spectral variables, 2 classes.
632 authentic strawberry (class 0), 351 adulterated/other (class 1).
Spectral range: 899-1803 cm-1 (FTIR-ATR).

Task: binary classification - fruit puree adulteration detection.
